New towels and fluff accretion

I'm currently breaking in new towels in the bathroom. Whenever I do this, for the next few weeks I seem to collect fluff on the end of my ......

I wonder if this is a common experience or particular to me?

Not at all unusual, sweetie!

Fluff sticks wherever it can, you know...;)

It helps to wash and dry them before using!

5. Perhaps you will be inspired to
create some lint art...though you might have to supplement the fluff from your nozzle with some from the dryer.

14. I read a hint about new towels recently.
No, it didn't mention your ...... The article said to wash new towels with laundry detergent and vinegar before using them, because the manufacturers usually use a coating on the towels to make them soft, but it also makes them absorb less water. Sorry, no info on the end of your ......

you can use it as a ... warmer. ;-)


Other than that, I have seen some people save dryer lint and use it as kindling in the fireplace (as long as it's natural fabric, i.e. not man made or treated with flame retardents.
