1. Probably not.
After all, it was only a dream.

2. No.
Because it might be made into something even if it's harmless. Even though we can't control our dreams, sometimes an SO might not take that in mind.

my guy is super laid back and likely would not care (i mean laid back to the point that he would not care if i lit the house on fire while cooking)...but part of me does not want to broach that subject with him

Because you really can't control dreams.

8. in truth, probably not, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't necessarily have them....
Personally, I think the CONTENT of dreams is pretty meaningless-- it's just stuff substituted for sensory input to exercise neural pathways while we sleep, drawn from memories and associations constructed from memories. I dream about sex with some of my students occasionally-- god I hope none of them read this-- but it doesn't mean anything at all.

10. I would say no...
You have no control over your dreams, and they are not of consequence to your SO anyways. The only exception would be dreams about famous people. :)

Just think of the situation in reverse, I'm sure your SO has had dreams about others besides you, do you really want to hear about them?

13. I never have sex dreams anymore. Even in my dreams I remember I'm
monogymous and I've turned down Jessica Alba, Alicia Silverstone, and several girls from my old high school in my dreams.

I've told my girlfriend, and she finds it hilarious I can't even cheat in my dreams. I don't find it so funny.

18. No way
You can't control your dreams and I don't believe it necessarily indicates some underlying secret desire to schtupp your coworker. I think it would be sort of cruel to tell your SO and make him/her feel bad. Telling might assuage guilt on your part (however I don't think you need to feel guilty) but I don't think that's worth the risk of hurting your SO.

Seriously, it isn't something I would want to burden my wife with, nor expect her to feel a need to share with me...but that is just the way our relationship is.

23. Speaking of my ex, HELL NO!!
She was so possessive and got hysterical over much less. She was even jealous over my straight friends, and my own sister.

Did I mention the Domestic Violence? Something like that would have surely pushed her into another hysterical episode.

29. Don't volunteer the information.
If he asks you, "Hey, do you ever have a fantasy about a co-worker?"
If he really wants to know, tell him the truth, but remind him that everyone has fanasties, it does not mean he's not your guy...

32. I would but I want to talk about something else...
don't tell the person you had the sex dream about. I am speaking from experience. My former roommate did that to me, telling me about the horribly-vivid dream his wife had about me. She's one of my best friends but I would be hard-pressed to think of a friend less attractive to me. He's amused that she had this dream. She's amused that she had this dream.

I am not amused. Nor flattered.

33. yes. Maybe even in detail
My wife and I always tell each other these things, actually. Or at least most of the time, I suppose; I'm sure there are many which get forgotten. But what it comes down to is that it's just a dream. Hell, we usually laugh about them - she once had a sex dream about a teacher of hers (in grad school) who she could not stand, and she thought it was funny and disturbing.
