"Numberwang" is an impossibly complex and abstruse gameshow with a rulebook that stretches to twenty volumes. Basically, the contestants yell out numbers until, for no obvious reason, they pick one that matches some criteria (determined by a superintelligent and malevolent artificial intelligence backstage), prompting the host to shout out "that's Numberwang!" This goes on until someone, somehow, wins. The other contestant is then either killed, arrested, or otherwise harmed. Sometimes both contestants are.

It's basically a parody of gameshows with ridiculous formats, the only purpose of which is to be "different" from all the others.
