1. Good for you.
I don't have the patience or willpower to just exercise regularly, I have to actually have something I DO that's active.

2. I've gone jogging twice in the last two weeks and I feel great for doing
even that little bit. I think I'll keep it up!

She looks great!

Yeah, I feel the same way; if I exercise regularly I'm much more clear headed and alert. Kinda tough, though, because I have fibromyalgia and if I overdo it I level myself for days. It's hard to find the right balance.

4. I do 45 minutes on our stationary bike every day....

It helps a bunch in controlling my diabetes, and I ALWAYS feel better when I'm done. :thumbsup:
