Since when did Friendly's downsize their ice cream?

I just got one of their Friend Z's, basically their version of Dairy Queen's blizzard. Only 1 price was listed, so you'd figure you'd at least get the standard 16 oz cup, instead I get this rinky dink kid sized cup, which would be so bad if i didn't have to pay four fucking dollars for it!!
