2. I read it and it's very good and informative.

I'm in the title insurance biz so I was fairly well aware of much of that, but it was a great read for folks that may not quite have a lot of the facts on ARMs, etc.

I hear read a lot of comments about how evil ARMs are, so I felt it might do some good to put a little straight information out. I'm glad that someone in the industry found it informative.
