1. I've never understood how it actually GETS into his hands....

...is there a middle-man, or someone who rides an escalator up to give it to him? And if he is omni-potent, couldn't he just make his own money? And for those on there knees worshiping him, couldn't he just give them money? I mean, jeez, these people are on their KNEES praying to him. Couldn't he give them money instead of vice-versa? :shrug:
