Allergies so bad I feel like I'm going to drown.

And I have to get some work done for the Evil Dissertation Proposal (round 1) meeting on Monday, and it has me stressed out.

4. Studying.

MRI board exam is going to be in about 6 weeks. This one's gonna be a toughie.

I'm a night owl anyway. :P

It's also almost time to walk the dog. He's an old akita, and it gets too hot for him to go outside after things heat-up during the day.

When I hear MRI, I think "Special x-ray inside of a very small tunnel". :)

13. Magnetic Resonance Imaging

No x-rays, thank goodness. But lots of magnetism physics, anatomy/physiology, a bit of circuitry, equipment safety, photographic principles, etc etc.

I've taken the X-ray exam and the CT exam.. and I've saved the hardest one for last.

That's wonderful. As a former MRI patient, let me say...sometimes, the Valium doesn't work, lol. Be aware of weight and metabolism issues. I love techs who really care about their patients. :hug:

Thanks for the kind words! I bounce back and forth between MRI and CT, wherever they need me. I've been scanning for about a year now, but want to take the exam to give myself an edge in the job hunt when I move back east. (Believe it or not, we're not legally required to be licensed in MRI.)

I learned about the valium the hard way.. sometimes the sweetest little old lady going into that tunnel will emerge cursing like a sailor - I've learned quickly that patience is my key to sanity. :crazy:
