1. Just a guess.
The site is trying to set a cookie (a form of information storage websites use) on your machine, but can't. It then tries to fail over using the class/object function cookieFailure.do to switch over to an alternate method of session data storage. Based on a quick seach, it appears cookieFailure.do is part of some development framework, as a number of high profile sites have had this error.

I suspect you have either cookies turned off or some form of protection/antivirus that is denying that site's cookies.

7. Try this:
Go to 'tools' on the menu bar of your browser.
Then choose internet options from the drop down menu.

Go to the 'Privacy' tab in the window that opens.
If the privacy level is higher than medium, slide it to medium and hit 'ok'.

If this doesn't work, and you know you can trust this site, go to Tools->Internet Options again, and in the window that opens, choose the security tab. Click on the 'Trusted Sites' icon (the green circle with a checkmark) and then press the 'Sites...' button below it.
Another window will open. In this window, type the URL of the website into the text box (the first one) and then press add. You now 'trust' this site.

If none of this works, well... sometimes life sucks like that!
;)
