Born in 1918 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Freeman is best remembered for initiating the Food Stamp Program for under-resourced people which is still in use today

7. There wasn't one when I was born?
It says that John R. Block was from 01-23-81 to 02-14-86, and Richard E. Lyng was from 03-07-86 to 01-21-89. I was born 02-26-86. So I didn't have one. I feel so slighted.
