Packing up the house you thought you would spend the rest of your life in with your wife that you are now selling because she doesn't love you anymore and coming across an old photo album from when we were dating.

The album nearly found itself flying through the air towards a wall...but it didn't, maybe that's something.

2. I've been there.

Now I look back and realize how lucky I am that she left me, or I wouldn't have the love and happiness I have now. I don't have any hard feelings or regrets now, but it took a while, and a few relationships, to get there.

I hope you get to the same place eventually. It's not an easy passage.

I think I'm past the worst of my anger and deep depression/sense of failure but something like this can still stir it up. It has only been a year since she broke the news.
