Requiem for a Crumpled Pumpkin
The last of the uncut pumpkins from last Halloween has just given up the ghost. Several had made their home on the front steps of the place I'm temporarily staying, and decayed at various rates. This one, the last one, nearly made it into another Halloween season.

We'll miss you, mighty soldier :cry:

2. Wow, that was a long time for a pumpkin to last.
We are growing some pumpkins, I hope they turn out OK.

If I could I would have a large pumpkin patch, just to look at.
