So I moved and had to give up two of my furbabies

Corey moved in with my ex, but it' OK because she also has a cool English bullie. Named Jake.

They got along immediately when I brought her over yesterday. Jake got attached to her instantly, and actually slept on her bed with her last night.

Picasso I gave back to the wonderful people I adopted him from. He will be fostered until they either find a new home for him or I can find a way to bring him into my new apartment. It was very difficult giving him up. He was my bud, and one of the smartest cats I ever shared my home with.



I will miss them both terribly.

1. I wish I had room for one more cat - Picasso is a cutie

but my house is barely big enough to contain the 2 I have. And with Evita being so difficult, I'd rather not take on another cat.

2. Thanks, he's 12 year old and huge and in great shape

you would have loved him. He'd come in and yell at me if a dime sized hole appeared in the bottom of his food dish and he's harass me until I filled it.

My older cats were so bonded to me and missed me terribly when away. I hope you can get him back, for his sake too. I don't think I could move to a place that wouldn't allow my tabby.

6. When I left him he had this horrified look on his face and was yakking up a storm

I had to leave fast after that because the tears wee rolling down my face. My ex said Corey has been very confused and keeps going to the door to go outside because she thinks she is looking for me. I'm going to visit her towards the end of the week if I can.

7. Yup, moved to Netcong, 14 miles up the road.

But my heart will always be in Denville, have lived here on and off since 1984.

I found it weird not having to let my dog out this morning, very weird. First time in nearly 40 years I'm without a dog.
