When will I learn that I'm no longer a teenager? My son and his gf took me bowling last night, and we had a blast. Today, I feel like somebody has been tap dancing on various parts of my body. I ache, and ibuprofen is not cutting it! x(

I'm amazed at how much bowling can make one hurt even if they have been working out

pulled muscles don't hurt like they did when we were younger do they

it's like they feel like someone pulled the whole muscle, ligament, and tendon out of it's insertion points stomped on it, and put it back backwards.
