Ugh. Anyone else have a hard time when their weeping willow starts shedding?
My great-aunt had a huge one in her back yard.

What a mess.

1. My Dad has one.
He's finally decided that it needs to come down, it's too big and too close to the house, so he's a little worried that in addition to making an enormous mess, it's uncomfortably close to the foundation. He's too cheap to pay somebody to take it down (and he can do it, he worked as a logger back in the day) so he's de-limbing it slowly enough that he can keep the reasonably sized bits for firewood, and throw the rest in his green waste container for the county to recycle. That way he'll only have to call somebody in for the stump. Or rent a jackhammer and make me do it, which is more his style. :eyes:
