I got a job!!!!!

Had my second interview this morning, and I apparently did so well that they canceled the afternoon interview with the other finalist. The $ is great, it's a 18-minute commute from my doorstep to their elevator by metro (with the last stretch completely indoors), 35-hour week, and a definite possibility to convert from contract to permanent at the end of the six months.

Holy shit.

The recruiter called me last Thursday, I met her Tuesday, got my first interview Wednesday, and my second this morning. The recruiter called me back with the news less than 2 hours after I left the office.

I start Monday. All I have to do now is live up to my hype. :P
