Please, may I have a hug? Re: health problems

This ovarian cyst is killing me. I have to wait until I have a period. If I can't have a period in the next two weeks, my mom thinks I should get something to start it.

Seriously scared here. What if the cyst doesn't go away after another month? If it doesn't, it won't only mean a lot of pain, but I'll probably lose my job. The supervisor says that I can't miss all of July.

pet peeve- people not getting good pain control. complain. keep trying. you don't need to hurt, and you don't need to loose your job. vicodin, norco, ultram, whatever it takes.

I have to get my period and then get on Lutera birth control to shrink the cyst.

BC may help shrink/eliminate the cyst. Progesterone cream (it's non-Rx) may also help. A simple but consistent walking routine will likely help and will probably reduce the pain as well (to some extent at least; may take a few weeks to kick in).

I had a similar problem a couple years ago. My little dog volunteered to be a heating pad, and it helped with the pain.

I ended up having to go on birth control pills for a few months. Ugh.
