I'll be leaving work in about an hour...with about three pounds of cheese cubes and crackers
from the show last night ( which I wasn't able to attend ) My love of cheese is legendary, but what the fuck can I do with all of it? Just putting it with crackers is starting to bore the hell out of me. It's Swiss, Colby, and Pepper Jack

1. freeze it. dust it with cornstarch and freeze in ziplock bags
then you can use what you need.
make mac and cheese
use in casseroles
etc
