What's Halifax like?
I had a strange dream - I dreamt I won a trip to Halifax, and I was adamant with the people who were giving me the prize that I didn't want it, but they insisted I had to go there.

I know nothing about Halifax. Why would my subconscious be so opposed to going there?

1. By my experience, very unfriendly to Americans.
I went up there a while back with a few friends, and all of us were basically treated like shit by anyone who found out we were American. Even my living in Canada for the better part of my youth didn't earn me a break.

3. It wasn't quite a Lancaster
but indeed a sturdy and worthy aircraft in its own right.

6. Halifax is wonderful. A University town in winter, a tourist Navy town in summer.
Great place to have a drink. People are friendly though they expect alot in terms of one's ability to amuse others. If you are amusing GO THERE.
