3. It's possible to try.
Open the sent item (won't work from preview) and go to Actions, choose Recall This Message.

Sometimes it'll come back, and sometimes it won't. You'll get a notice of success or failure.

In "Sent Items", open the email you want to recall. Select "Action" and one of your options should be "recall this message".

If the recipient has already read it though it doesn't work.

5. Yes, as long as your recipiant hasn't opened it -
Go into your "Sent" box, select the e-mail so it comes up in a seperate window.

Go up to your task bar, select "Actions" - the dropdown window should have "Recall this message" towards the bottom.

Select that, it will give you an option to either recall it or recall it with a revised message.
