Anyone here remember the old Divorce Court tv show.
Perhaps one of the best known such programs was Divorce Court, which initially ran from 1958 until 1969. It was sold to local stations, and gained notoriety for featuring cases involving adultery. In those days, cheating on a spouse was not tolerated; viewers had to decide whether the husband or the wife was fooling around before the judge made his final ruling.

I remember my Grandmother would be glued to this silly show.

She would even yell at the tv.

The show was very serious but I thought it was silly.

2. I was just a little kid but I didn't understand why anyone would want to
be on TV with this problem.

3. I guess I wanted to watch it because I couldn't...
...I can't stand these judge-type shows these days, though.

4. I used to watch Judge Judy but I got tired of it.
The old court show as something else.

I think a lot of the show went over my head being so young.

8. Yeah, sure do.
My dad was an attorney and his favorite show was Perry Mason, of course.

The cheesiest show I remember, very dimly, is "Queen for a Day".
