Does ground chicken taste like ground turkey?
Mr. Sky thought he was grabbing turkey and was going to use it for turkeyburgers tonight. Anyone ever have chickenburgers? :P

1. No, it doesn't taste like turkey to me.
But it does taste yummy added to home made spaghetti sauce. :)

2. No, not quite the same. but still ok.
If you are cooking with ground chicken on a grill be sure and add just a bit of olive oil to the meat before you from the patties. Chicken will cook up just a bit dryer than turkey.

Chicken does take flavors very well, so it does lend itself to adding in stuff for flavors--like salsa or even some diced portabellas. A Good thing to try is diced 'shrooms in the center of the patty with just a bit of swiss cheese.

Enjoy!
