It's a place where people who have spent any time in GD-P can decompress. They need to be s-l-o-w-l-y brought back up to sea level, or else they might get the bends, or their heads could explode.

I think we should provide juice and cookies and a place to lie down, until the nausea and dizziness pass as well. Failing that, at least we can offer kittehs.
