I always thought the one post boot had to involve horses, midgets, astronauts, Sweden, a fish, at least three political candidates with only one of them still alive, another fish and a cheese wheel.

My guess is, the mods caught the 13 post guy engaging in a bit of sock puppetry; said puppet being the one post guy.
