Mozilla Firefox users....Help needed
I've been convinced. I think I like Firefox better than Opera. I have a question though. Where can I set it to always open links in a new tab rather than a new instance of Firefox?

So I'm back to using Mozilla 1.6

pissed me off too

- I'll be keeping an eye on this thread to see if anyone comes up with a solution

I forget what else bugged me about FireFox, but if I use it again in the near future, I'll keep track

oh, on edit:

you CAN just right clik on the bar to MAKE as new tab, then select from your bookmarks, . .

and,

you can go into "customize" and drag an icon onto the toolbar that will make a new blank tab

2. A couple of ways
There is something called browser tab extensions which does that and a lot more. Also, clicking on a link with the middle button opens the link in a new tab.

Did you know that if you type the first couple letters of a link it becomes highlighted and you can just hit enter. a great feature

4. Yeah
The part where I don't want to have to right-click on every link just to keep it from opening in a new instance of Firefox. ;)

9. I just remembered what feature I didn't like about Firefox
.
.
.

Maybe there's a way around it, but I didn't find it

I was just about to close a tab in Mozilla 1.6, but hit the "x" to close the window.

A warning came up in Mozilla to ask me if I want to close all tabs and exit

I said NO

But

I closed everything more than once by accident in FireFox

No warning, just "bang" - all gone

Am I missing something, or is that just the way it is?
