It's what Daniel Miller (Albert Brooks) says when he sees the BMW convertible he bought...right before he's killed in a car accident.

"Defending Your Life" is my favorite Albert Brooks film. You didn't ask, but there you go. :-)

I liked it a lot...I like the premise of it...facing your fears in life and overcoming them. Plus, there was nice chemistry between Albert Brooks and Meryl Streep.
