i just popped my arm out of place by hitting a rubber chicken with a miniature baseball bat

i was outside with my little sisters and they have this little miniature baseball bat. well, i decide we should place baseball but we don't have a ball... i decide to substitute the ball with a rubber chicken that we have. so.. all the girls take their turns after i throw them the chicken and they try to hit it then it is my turn. we each get 10 tries and i was on a roll... 8 tries and 8 rubber chicken hits. number 9 comes up, i swing and hear my arm pop really really really loud. it popped right back into place by my shoulder is freaking killing me now.

so, the moral of this story is... don't play baseball with miniature baseball bats and rubber chickens. :rofl:

26. it hurts worse this morning than last night

i'm typing one handed because it hurts really bad to move my arm. my whole shoulder has a constant burning sensation and when i move my right arm my shoulder clicks and pops and gets really sharp pain.
