Great speech by Shirley Schmidt on "Boston Legal"
Those of you on the left coast might want to catch it. She's giving the kind of closing we've grown to expect from Alan Shore, this one about how we treat veterans etc.

4. Now that I've finally watched last night's episode, I can comment
Both Shirley's and Alan's closing arguments were absolutely spot on. After hearing Alan's, I almost don't want to watch any TV again (Boston Legal excepted, of course), I don't watch tabloid shows, and seriously restrict my "reality" TV to Top Chef.

7. I finally got to watch it tonight...
I did like both Shirleys speech and Alan Shores speech.

The writers of Boston Legal certainly have a soapbox and an agenda!
