Need Lounge vibes - we're leaving tomorrow for Montreal

We're picking up the big truck tomorrow morning, getting a crew to help up load it, putting one of our cars on a trailer behind it and driving the other car alongside the truck. We expect to get there Thursday, weather permitting. It's a 2,000 mile trip from Houston to Montreal, basically.

We're terrified.

We'll have all our stuff packed or donated by tonight, all our paperwork is in order as far as I can tell, and the cats traveled ahead of us. Our storage space in Montreal is booked, my sister is loaning us her condo, and she's overseeing everything at her end.

I don't think I've ever been this scared in my life.

The s.o. is on the brink of a nervous breakdown.

I have a job interview on April 2, but we have to get there first. Whoever forgot to invent teleporters should be keelhauled.

So much rides on this, it boggles the noodle. So I beseech thee, if you're on good terms with the deity(ies) of your choice or have some spare candles you can burn this week, please please please send good vibes our way.

I may not be able to check in from the road, but I'll drop in when we get there.
