Anybody besides me quit going to GD-P?

I just quit going a few weeks ago. Only way I'll go is if I go to a Greatest that happens to be there.

1. yes, for the most part
every now and then I accidentally get sucked into a thread from the main page - then I suddenly remember why I tend to stay in the Lounge, the science forum, the GLBT forum, and the energy/environment. Heck, sometimes I even go into Entertainment or Religion, but.... GD-P creeps me out and makes me paranoid and cynical.

3. I stopped a while back.
Every now and then I'll look in, then remember why I stopped going.

4. i never go during primaries.
between elections it can be quite useful for political information and commentary of other things if GD is filled up with the latest outrage du jour. sometimes i just don't want to care about the current injustice of middle america's 5 o'clock news, nor do i want plain news of the world articles with stunned commentary; sometimes i just want political news with more fleshed out commentary.

however i don't go during primaries. that's just a waste of time -- or pleasurably masochistic (but there's better masochistic games to play out there).
