Have you ever been the victim of BAD sushi?

I had a friend at a former job who went to one of the low-rent Sushi places in San Jose and spent the next few days really green around the gills. He drank bottled water and ate Saltine crackers and prayed to God that the bad fish would work its way through quickly.

It worked its way through, but it took its sweet time.

I'm very particular about Sushi and will only eat vegetarian rolls unless I know and trust the place. How about you?

I've only ever gone to places that specialize in sushi and have Japanese sushi chefs. Seems to work so far.

In fact, to celebrate my new job, I just might go have some martinis and sushi! :D
