I know I'm posting this a half hour after the show started, but I'm watching DVR, so I'm just now at the start of the pizza challenge, after everyone was introduced.

There was also a big-haired woman, can't remember the name, and she's gonna get bounced quickly as well.

The ones I foresee making it to the end are Manuel and Nikki. I think Manuel will take it.

Lisa will be the stealth contestant, but she won't make it all the way to the end.

They were told to recreate the dish, but I think where Ryan really went wrong is that he didn’t really have a grasp of the dish and he said enough to let them know he was fumbling.

However, Rocco’s comment about the gnocchi not being the only thing that was dense, well that just shows how arrogant and spoiled Rocco is, he is the one to hate, but I don’t think he knows it.

30. For the most part, it is.

Egg yolk, a wee bit of sugar, salt and mustard powder all combined well, fluffy and yellow. Add lots of oil, drizzled slowly into your food processor. That's from memory, I could make a passable one if I needed to.
