I made a wonderful dinner... yet
I still have no one here to make me dessert. For dinner I have fabulous meatballs in gravy (w/ mushrooms) garlic mashed potatoes mashed turnip green beans (It turns out my son likes turnip.... you won't hear me complain, I LOVE it!) What are you having for dinner?

2. Homemade rotisserie chicken.
And I have the red eyes to prove it. I got a good blast of heat and smoke when trying to get the chickens balanced on the rotisserie. yuck...

13. We made three tonight
fresh mozzarella and mushroom Pancetta with goat cheese and Parmesan BBQ sauce and cheddar We didn't have olives but I love those on a pizza. It is a handy skill. I was making pizza's when I met Mrs Munkee back in high school.

11. 1/2 a apple-cherry stuffed chicken breast and some roasted veggies.
I got the chicken at Whole Foods. It looked tasty in the cooler, and I'll be damned if it isn't yummy. Big enough for two meals with all the stuffing. Roasted veggies were broccoli, carrots and cauliflower.

About 40 minutes ago, I put in the oven: A scrubbed baking potato And a pan of rack of lamb! I will also make some sort of vegetable, TBD... We'll eat at our seven o'clock! :woohoo:
