Well that's the longest it's ever taken to drive back from school...
I came home for spring break today, and the trip that usually takes about 3.5 hours on a good day took us over 6 hours. Stupid Ohio snow x(

1. I lived a half mile from home in College (in Ohio). Even
in the worst of snow storms, it didn't take more that 25 minutes to get home (assuming my folks didn't come and get me (or my laundry))

2. I don't know if I'd have been able to go to school so close to home
Although the laundry thing sounds nice. I fail at laundry.

3. My mom would pick up the laundry on Friday afternoon,
and I would go walk home on Sunday afternoon for a GOOD homecooked meal, and then get a ride back to the dorm with CLEAN laundry!

That last two years, before she caught on! :)

4. Can it really be called 'Spring' break
when you have to drive through a snowstorm to get home?

5. Nah,
especially if Spring doesn't start for another couple of weeks.

6. Buzz Aldrin, who came back from the moon to turn in his doctoral dissertation
Your petty human complaints don't impress Buzz and me. Buzz Aldrin will punch you in the face if you don't quit griping.
