TVLand Viewers... Help Me Identify The Sexy Hunk

Currently there's a commercial on TVLand promoting their upcoming TVLand Awards. In the commercial about a half-dozen celebrities describe their favorite shows or characters.

I can identify all of the celebrities except for one. During his quick clip, he's talking about the Addams Family and the Munsters. His clip also comes right after Clay Aiken talking about being from North Carolina and being a fan of the Andy Griffith show.

Oh... did I mention he's cute... thick arms... light brown/dark blond hair. It also looks like he's wearing goggles or sunglasses on a string around his neck (?).

Okay... that's it. If you've seen the commercials then you know who I'm talking about. Maybe you know who he is.

I feel like I've seen him SOMEWHERE before, but i can't recall. I simply don't have a clue, and it's driving me nuts.

1. John Schneider from "Dukes of Hazzard".

He played Bo Duke. Heartthrob of many a prepubescent girl in the 70s.

2. Currently seen on WB's "Smallville"

on Wednesday nights. If that's who it is. John Schneider plays Jonathan Kent, father to to Clark.

So Allen, you can oogle him every week at 8pm Wednesday. In fact, if you've never seen it, Smallville has mucho male eye candy. :D

3. The Guy In The Commercial *Does* Look Like A Schneider...

from the Dukes of Hazzard days... Maybe he's taken VERY good care of himself and has had a facelift? I thought John Schneider would have been older.

But he always appeared older to me when he starred in Dukes. So I figured that he would be older looking than the guy in the TVLand commercial.
