1. Run Up And Down Your Stairs As Quickly As You Possibly Can, Until You Get Winded.
You'll feel immediately less violent :)

3. And why, pray tell, can't I fucking SHUFFLE a playlist into a random order?
Why is that so fucking hard?

Maybe I don't want to play by album, or artist, or filename, or length of time, I JUST WANT A FUCKING RANDOM ORDER SO I DON'T KNOW WHATS COMING NEXT.

5. Dude, that happened to me too...
...:grr: My husband dug up the telephone number to Apple Tech Support for iPods, and they walked me through the resetting process to fix the problem. It basically wiped the iPod clean, and I just reloaded the songs from iTunes. So far, so good... :)

Try going in to iTunes and reformatting the iPod with "factory" settings then reloading your songs.
