Day 2: The Ab-Lounge actually works.
Doing the same exercises yesterday, I could feel that funky stretchy burn accorded actual exercise.

Definitely good for someone with back or neck issues if they want to do ab-tightening exercises.

Given the price, I'll be using it for some time too. :D

It helps watching a good music video or movie... I'd say "Xanadu", but rumor has it that that movie isn't deemed popular by many... :(
