I see them daily around here, but I haven't actually met any of the owners so I haven't been able to investigate just exactly what kind of mental deficiency causes one to think that hanging testicles from your vehicle is a necessity...

On edit- I take back everything I previously said. I see on the website that you can get your nuts LIGHTED, and with LIP PRINTS. EVERYBODY needs these on their car. They will be the savior of us all. Really.
