It's not even Feb. yet, and my allergies are starting up!

but antihistamines rarely help me much in the wintertime

mucinex d helps a lot but this max strength is a little stronger than i like

I was pretty down the last few days and not feeling like I was getting much done, but then I had a great rehearsal/meeting thing today that just lifted me up, because there was progress going on in MY worked - I was just chuffed. so... I understand that you've got to matter to yourself first - people aren't nearly as likely to respect you and care for you if you don't show them that you're worth respecting and caring for (and you are!). I don't have any kids, so I don't really know what that's like. I do know that my parents have always cared for me, and I'm a complete ass and a spoiled brat. The fact that they even put up with me just makes me love 'em more.
