New Jersey vies to become the most expensive toll state in the nation..
http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/08027/852646-147.stm

Under Act 44, which the state Legislature passed and Mr. Rendell signed in July to generate more money for roads, bridges and transit, Pennsylvania Turnpike tolls that now cost about 6 cents a mile for cars are to increase by 25 percent next January and 3 percent a year thereafter.

Compare that to a "public benefit corporation" that New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine has proposed to squeeze up to $40 billion out of its three toll roads -- the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Atlantic City Expressway.

Under his plan, tolls would be raised 50 percent every four years in addition to cost-of-living increases that we'll assume to be 3 percent.

By 2018, the average 23-mile commute that now costs $1.20 on the New Jersey Turnpike would cost $5.85; a 15-mile trip that now costs 35 cents on the Garden State Parkway would cost $1.60; and 50-cent barrier tolls on the Atlantic City Expressway would go to $2.40, according to computations done by The Philadelphia Inquirer.

If all of this comes to pass, Pennsylvania will no longer be No. 1!

4. Are they somehow related?
Though Danny boy hasn't tried to force the television revenue generated by the Ravens to be given to him!

Even JJ has not done that. He just cuts his own deals outside of the NFL!
