1 lb of chicken breast
cut to small pieces , sauteed with onions in light olive oil , then covered with vinegar and left on medium heat for 30 minutes.

Drained from vinegar and oil , then quickly sauteed again in teriyaki sauce.

Stuffed in French bread with tomatoes lettuce and spinach , with aged swiss cheese.

Better than anything Subway has to offer and cheaper ! My friends thought they were the best they ever tasted!

They joke that I should drop out of grad school and open a restaurant .

2. It tenderizes the meat , gives it a nice kick

I do it a lot with meats , when cooking in a pan I use straight vinegar , when using a pot I dilute it , a tablespoon per 1 cup of water will do. If you use more you need to drain it later.

3. That sounds really good..
I don't actually eat chicken anymore, but if I did... that would be amazing. Think I could do the same thing with tofu?

5. You can do just about anything
with tofu you can do with regular meat, especially chicken. I'm doing some chicken-fried tofu later.
