Small children at today's Pats game----abuse?

I live fairly near the stadium and saw folks heading for the game with kids about 5 or 6 years old.

It is absolutely freezing out.

If these same parents forced their child to sit outside on a hard bench for 3-4 hours anyplace else they would be criticised.

Is it just me being cranky or is taking a small child to a game in these conditions ridiculous?

Wherever you live you acclimatize to the conditions. As long as they are dress appropriately I don't see a problem.
