38. I thought Robin might be Walker, Texas misogynist's dad...
I mean Robin came first, does acrobatic martial arts, and doesn't have any super-powers.

Robin appeared in 1940.
Cordell Walker in 1993.

39. I saw a show about Bruce Lee, and...
he was supposed to be on an episode of "Batman" back in the day. Robin was suppossed to kick his ass.
Lee refused, and said anyone with his skills would kill Robin.

40. Maybe Robin was the master and Bruce Lee
was the pupil.

Another example of the student becoming better than his teacher.

9. No! And he once took on Bruce Lee from the Green Hornet TV show.
It was a draw; which was hilarious since Bruce could have killed him with one punch.

17. That's how it had to end.
Bruce Lee refused to take a dive but since the fight was in an episode of Batman, Robin couldn't lose.

I could be wrong about that issue #, though. It was during the Night of the Assistant Editors promotion, way back in the mid 80's.

He might also be able to beat up Bucky, the currently late Captain America's sidekick.

on edit: Oh, shoot--I guess I'm not as big a geek as I thought. I initially guessed the issue # to be 129, but a quick bit of google-cheating reveals it to have been 131. Ah, well...

15. Which Robin?
I'm not sure about the other Robins, but since DC decided in the early '80s that Dick Grayson was a marquee character, he's been able to hang with everybody (I'll never forget the early issue of New Teen Titans where Dick beat up Hal Jordan because he somehow got the drop on Hal's ring hand with his yellow cape. Deliver unto me a break).

34. Depends on who's writing him and what title he is/was in.
So many different people writing so many different comic books over so many years...

I'm assuming you're referring to Dick Grayson?
