2. You can't make a batch of sweet rolls without enough liquid

I was kneading the dough and wondering why it was so damn tough, when I look down and see my cup of warm water sitting on the counter. I had to throw the whole thing out, wash up my bowls and assorted paraphernalia required to make said rolls and start the whole process over again.
