Anyone been to Strasbourg?
I'm taking an "international organizations" class that culminates in a weeklong trip to Europe, and I've been assigned to report about Strasbourg's eateries and shops. Complicating this is we will be there Sunday (when things are closed) and Monday.

Anyone have any information?

Thanks!

3. Do your eating on Sunday. Restaurants are the one thing open on Sundays.

4. my son was there for a student exchange
I asked him if he was still in contact with any of the students there and he said not that much, but I asked him to send an email to see if you could talk to someone there to help you. No guarantees, but if so, I'll give you the email address via pm.

my son said there was a big mall there. two stories. called La Place des Halles. Ultra Funk and Ultra Orange may still be there. designer wear. I would imagine that all the museums there, or most of them, would have shops on the premises.

anyway, I'll let you know if my son comes up with anyone for you to email.

5. Take the boat ride around the city. It's gorgeous.
If you get a chatty pilot/guide, you'll hear a lot of history, too. Enjoy! Watch for a lot of storks.

Metz, previouly mentioned, is another good stop, with a lovely cathedral.
