7. MrMander made us sauerkraut and veggie bratwurst
(those words may be spelled wrong, LOL!)

I'd actually never had that meal before.

I told him the only good luck tradition i knew of was wearing red underwear to ring in the new year. He looked at me like i was crazy but then asked to see it.

Hope things will look up for your friend soon!

13. Actually, I think you got the spelling right on!

I didn't know about the red underwear thing. I was wearing red pants...does that count?

Thanks for the well wishes. I just hate having to deal with someone's broken heart. It's so sad and depressing because there's nothing to be done about it but let it heal which takes time.

8. I am totally a wimp!
And from Boston, you think i'd have a higher tolerance for this crap. Ugh.

The only good thing about this weather is that it's an excellent excuse for a hot fire, cup of tea, and snuggling! :)

14. Not yet
we have not, except to acknowledge that this summer would be good, before I start med school. Either that or next xmas time.

but right now, we are just enjoying being together and knowing we will be together forever. My soul is at peace knowing that for the rest of my life, she will always be here next to me.

She has to go back to school in a few days too, so I am dreading that eventuality.

She is a lucky gal. Most women would kill to have a guy who (a) feels that way about them, and (b) isn't afraid to say it.

It is freakin' cold here too!
Considering it was almost 60
yesterday.

About the hole: when I was around
5 years old, my 2 older brothers
did the same thing to a wall in my
parents' home. I, being a person
who Mom says, "marches to their own
beat", told Dad, "It's no big deal,
just paint over it."
I get ragged on about this every
time the family gets together.

This hole would take a lot of paint, that's for sure! :D

Maybe i should just buy a few gallons of spackle.

We had a major temp drop too, which just makes it a lot worse somehow! x(

25. You should definitely go home and rest
I'm sure no one at your workplace wants to catch it! And you'll feel better quicker if you take care of yourself...

It would have been nice to have your sweetie to take care of you, but probably not as much fun!
