17. A very tasty brown sauce, great on steak too.

Official sauce of Great Britain

HP Sauce is the only genuine and original brown sauce, which since 1899 has set the standard for quality.

Everyone's favourite, this legendary and distinctive taste sensation is the result of HP's dedication to sourcing the highest quality ingredients and using a closely guarded secret recipe.

HP Sauce: the original and the best!

Everything goes well with HP Sauce. Great for spicing up chips, bacon sandwiches, sausages and snacks such as jacket potatoes and baked beans.

28. Some folks think it's strange when I mix habañeros with sweet things.
Luckily, that's becoming more mainstream lately; there are
a few sweet/hot sauces enjoying commercial success. "Toad Sweat"
comes to mind, and I know there are others.

So my "sweet-n-sour habañero ice cream topping" isn't regarded
as "strange" quite as often as it used to be.

My "Habeñero Apple Crisp" still seems to be a bit ahead of its time, however.

52. All is not lost.
I've been making something even simpler,
and it's become MUCH more popular amongst
our little circle of fiends and co-workers....

I won't say what it is, because one of my "New year's resolutions"
is to investigate the possibility of patenting & licensing it.

Long story short- it's a hell of a lot more "everyday useful"
than "Toad Sweat" or any "hot sauce" could ever hope to be.

It's not a "specialty item"- it's an INGREDIENT!

Try PB, mayo, and *pickles* instead of lettuce. (sliced dill or "bread-and-butter" pickles)
