3. What's wrong with Hello Kitty?
Is a little cartoon cat that big a threat to your masculinity?

4. I'd wear it. Ostensibly for the "camp" value but secretly for the cuteness. nt

7. My son agrees with the camp value
Yep camp value would definitely be the only reason I can see my son wearing it. But he has his own sense of style.

10. I heard that the Thai police
Were being forced to wear "Hello Kitty" garb as punishment for conduct unbecoming. And they expect guys to wear that crap voluntarily?

13. it's like quiche...
...real men (and women) don't give a flying f**k about what they can wear or eat or whatever, and don't let others tell them what not to do.

If you don't like it, don't wear it. If you do, do.

Sorry - not picking on you, I am just sick of the whole "for men?!?" thing. If a guy wants to wear pumps and a skirt, who is to say he can't? Does it bother you that women wear trousers too? ;)

19. Hello Kitty and MSNBC
It doesn't surprise me that NBC would try to shove this stuff down our throats. They have been trying to feminize the American male for over five years now. I can't even watch the Today Show anymore. Last week they had three female newscasters and only one male and he was given the line to the audience that they would be right back after a commercial break so they could talk about how to organize your purse......perfect.

22. Here's a clip of Newsradio where Matthew buys Hello Kitty for Bill McNeal

Matthew (supposedly) returned from a trip to Japan with gifts for everyone. This gift put him 10 years ahead of his time.
