I went to the movies on the supposed birthday of the baby Giftmas. I've been alone for 9 years. My ex-family doesn't fucking celebrate Giftmas with me anymore. You have no right to disparage what others do on this or any other Holiday. This is a bullshit merchandising holiday, nothing more. I bet you didn't think twice to go anywhere on any other religion's holiday or celebration.

It picks up from the end of AVP. The "mutated" Predator is a nasty one. And he was the leader of his self-made Army.

But I liked the predator who was hunting him down better. He was one b-a-a-a-a-d mo fo :)

10. We're going to see the Golden Compass in an hour

I've seen it already but my husband hasn't yet. I just called the theater to gage how early we should arrive and they said to get there atleast 45 min before the show begins because it's been packed all day. I'm loving the ability to purchase tickets online in cases like this.

14. Not going out, but today watched a screener of "Lars and the Real Girl".

Which was sad, funny, sweet, and very good.

Watched "Transformers" a couple of days ago and it was actually offensive in places. I don't know if I would have liked it even if I were in the actual intended age group.
