4. Memories from an old coot...

When I was in high school in Louisiana the 50s, my best friend's dad owned a radio station. Once one of his DJs held a concert sometime during the mid-50s in a local high school auditorium that consisted of Johnny Cash and Jerry Lee Lewis -- both of whom were just beginning their careers. I not only got to attend free, but I got to be backstage with both performers. Fine memories!
